This website keeps first-party usage records: the pages you open, how long you spend on each part of a page, what you click, how far you scroll, video plays, your device type and screen size, your language and time zone, your country, where you came from (the referring site and any campaign tags in the link), which contact-form fields you completed (never what you typed), and errors the page runs into. The records hold a hashed form of your network address; the address itself is not stored, and the web server's own log keeps only the network part of it. The records stay on Bishop CPA's own server for 13 months and are used to see how the site is used and to improve it.

There are no advertising trackers and no third-party analytics on this site. Nothing is sold. Nothing is shared with advertisers. The site is served through Cloudflare, and its fonts come from Google Fonts; each sees the same connection data as any server that delivers a file.

If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, the site keeps no lasting visitor id in your browser; it lasts only as long as the tab.

The contact form stores what you send (your name, email address and message) and delivers it to Ed by email and through the firm's private Discord channel, so he can reply.
